Vidya Balan To Go On A Solo World Tour
Vidya Balan who is passing through the best phase of her career after the back to back success of her last two films ‘The Dirty Picture’ and ‘Kahaani’, is planning her first world tour.
An industry insider says, Moranis who are well known organizers of awards and world tours, are planning a series of stage shows in America and Europe with Vidya Balan being the center of attraction.
The source says, “After hits like ‘The Dirty Picture’ and ‘Kahaani’, she’s become a huge star and even overseas, her fan following has increased manifold. So the logistics of a series of shows with Vidya as the star performer are being worked out. Most of these shows will be in Europe and America, and are scheduled to kick start this October.”
When contacted, Mohammed Morani confirmed the reports, saying, “Talks are on for a music composer to be a part of these shows. Vidya is a major star today with back-to-back superhits. And along with a music composer, we can package a nice entertaining show.”
Besides this, Balan is nowadays busy shooting for Rajkumar Gupta’s ‘Ghanchakkar’ in which she has been paired up with Emraan Hashmi.
