Salman Khan Is The Highest Tax Payer Of Bollywood
Superstar Salman Khan who is enjoying a terrific run at the box office, has emerged as the highest tax payer of the industry for the July-September quarter of 2012.
Salman has paid advance tax of Rs.8 crore that is 60% more than his last year’s payment of Rs.5 crore. Second in the list is Akshay Kumar who has paid Rs.7.5 crore as advance tax.
Following the Khiladi, is two other superstars, Shahrukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, both of whom have paid Rs.5 crore.
Among the actresses, Aishwarya Rai, who is still on maternity leaves, has topped the list by paying Rs.3 crore.
Current top Bollywood actresses Katrina Kaif and Kareena Kapoor have paid advance tax of Rs.2.60 crore and Rs.2.20 crore respectively.
