Abhishek Bachchan To Feature In A Title Track Of Rohan Sippy’s ‘Nautanki Saala’
Rohan Sippy has started shooting of his next directorial film ‘Nautanki Saala‘ starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Kunaal Roy Kapoor. The film is going to be a love triangle involving the two best friends.
This is the first time when Rohan’s film won’t have Abhishek Bachchan as it’s lead actor.
However, the director believes that Abhishek is his goo luck charm and he has to be there in any way. That’s why he has decided to picturize the title track of his film on Jr.B for which they are currently shooting at Liberty cinema.
According to a source, Abhishek will be calling Ayushmann ‘Nautanki Saala’ in the song, just like his father Amitabh Bachchan called Dharmendra in Rohan’s father Ramesh Sippy’s film ‘Sholay’.
“Abhishek called Ayushman ‘Nautanki Saala’ in the song. This brought back memories of his father, Amitabh mouthing the same lines in Rohan’s father Ramesh Sippy’s ‘Sholay’,” said a source close to the film.
About Abhishek’s doing a song in his film, Rohan asserted, “He is my good-luck charm.”
Revealing some details about the film, it’s lead actor Ayushmann said, “It’s a buddy film and focuses on the male-bonding between Kunaal and me. The film is a quirky love triangle. I am also lending my voice for one of the songs. I am excited to associate myself with Rohan Sippy because they are behind some of the major hits of the industry.”
