Abhishek Bachchan Decides To Stay Away From Experimental Fare

Filed under: Abhishek Bachchan,Bollywood Movies |

Abhishek BachchanAbhishek Bachchan is right now basking in the glory of the success of his latest film ‘Bol Bachchan‘. The film is rocking the box office and the actor has been appreciated by one and all for his brilliant performance in it.

‘Bol Bachchan’ was hardcore masala entertainer and Abhishek’s next two films ‘Dhoom 3′ and ‘Dostana 2′ will also fall in the same category.

So, is that conscious decision from his part to do more masala films and stay away from experimental ones?

Abhishek denies it but confesses that he would surely avoid working in experimental films now, as masala entertainers work better for him.

He says, “When I had signed these films, that they are all mainstream films was not something that even crossed my mind. It’s only now, that I realize that these are the films that work for me better, so now I think I will consciously steer away from experimental fare.”

He also admitted that he is extremely happy with the response his performance in ‘Bol Bachchan’ has received.

“I think it’s not everyday that your roles are appreciated. I am glad that mine was in Bol Bachchan, so now I just want to keep that going,” tells he.

Abhishek already has started shooting for Yash Raj Film’s ‘Dhoom 3′ in which he is working with Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Uday Chopra. The film is expected to have mid 2013 release.
